This industrial area has recent infrastructure and is undergoing clear development with the construction of new pavilions.

The building´s footprint will be 1,225m2, which includes the construction of 2 floors of 79.5m2 each, for:

- Administrative area, changing rooms and toilet;

- This pavilion also has around 350m2 available on the side;

There is the possibility of purchasing 2 pavilions, semi-detached, with:

- Implementation of 2,450m2;
- Administrative area of ??160m2;

If the purchase is made by the same customer, there will be the option for the pavilions not to be divided.
